CDP-07 condensation sensor is a new generation of condensation detection device. The product is insensitive to low humidity, only sensitive to high humidity, with good repeatability, small humidity hysteresis, sensitive response, accurate response point, pollution resistance, and can work under DC voltage, with stable and reliable performance. The product can be used in places with precise and advanced control of the condensation state, such as high-voltage cabinets, magnetic heads, household appliances and intelligent protection products.

Standard verification conditions:
1. The temperature is 20ºC-30ºC,and the working voltage is 1VDC.
2. The testing equipment is a multimeter.
3. Adopt constant humidity generating device: constant temperature and humidity box.
Application circuit and application suggest
The sensor adopts DC voltage divider circuit for sampling, and combines comparison circuit and shaping circuit. For example, if single-chip microcomputer A/D sampling is adopted, it is recommended to set comparison return difference in software to avoid frequent startup of equipment. The sensor sampling comparison resistance is 6.8K (type A) or 10K (type B).
Precautions for using the product
1. Try to avoid direct use in the following environments: salt mist, corrosive gas, strong acid (sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid), strong alkali, organic solvent (alcohol, acetone, etc.), sulfur dioxide, ammonia, glycol ether, aldehyde and dust.
2. Recommended storage conditions: temperature 10ºC-40ºC, humidity: 20%RH-60%RH, no dust.
3. Avoid hard objects or fingers directly contacting the component surface to avoid scratching or contaminating the sensitive film. Sweat will contaminate the wet film and cause performance drift. Please wear a finger sleeve to contact the sensor.
4. It is forbidden to use in flammable and explosive gas places.
5. Do not use this product on safety protection devices or emergency stop devices, or in any application where personal injury may be caused by the failure of this product.
