Working principle of float switch:
Float switch is usually installed in a sealed metal or plastic tube, with one or more magnetic spring switches installed. After the reed switch is installed, one or more hollow float balls with circular magnets are fixed on the rod diameter through the tube, and fastened to the relevant positions of the magnetic spring with buckles, so that the float ball can float up and down within a certain range. The magnet inside the float ball is used to attract the contact of the magnetic spring switch, generating an on/off action signal to control the liquid level

Floating ball doesn't move
1, Liquid specific gravity is less than float specific gravity → reconfirm float specific gravity
2,Floating ball leaking → Contact our company to replace the floating ball
3,Foreign object stuck on floating ball → Remove foreign object
Floating ball action, but no signal output
1, Float position offset → Adjust float position
2, Magnetic spring switch damaged → Replace magnetic spring switch
Abnormal signal output, nearby magnetic field interference → Eliminate magnetic field
Signal retention, unable to recover, floating ball unable to return, foreign object stuck → Remove foreign object
There will be two signal outputs at one point, the buckle position will move → adjust the buckle position
