Operating Instructions
1.Connect the wires according to wiring diagram and make sure it is correct.
2.Adjustment of setting current: adjust the setting current of protector to the value that is equal to the rated current value of motor please refer to the nameplate of motor The setting current value of protector shall be adjusted through and keys of toggle switch on protector panel in power-off state.
If the set current value goes beyond the range of setting current, the LED nixie tube of protector equipped with LED nixie tube would display the message Err ,
if the protector is not provided with LED nixie tube, the phase failure and over-load LED indicator lamps would flash simultaneously to indicate the setting error.
3.Re-confirm the correctness of wiring. Turn on the power supply after the setting current value is set correctly and the run indicator lamp of protector would go ON indicating the start of operating state.
4.When operating current is less than 1000A, LED nixie tube would display the three-phase current value in a cyclic manner when operating current is greater than or equal to A LED nixie tube would display the maximum phase current value but not display the positions of the three phases .
5.The maximum displayed value of protector with LED nixie tube is 10 times the setting current value when current value is less than of minimum setting current value the current would be displayed as 0 .
6.After the failure protection of protector is activated, LED nixie tube of protector would display the current value of the last operation and the indicator lamp would keep indicating the failure state Power-off is needed to reset .
7.The red toggle of protector with a setting current specification of 1A~5A is one digit after decimal point .
